It's been a long time.. Just how many times do I have to say that?!

Recently I have been updating my other blog, the "secret" blog so I haven't been updating this and the other (gameandmatch6-0) blog.

I was pretty much forced to write this because of Eric and Gonza 'cause they are writing one themseleves and it's unfair because I was the one who kinda like forced them to write an entry.

Now what can I say, today was pretty much an unproductive day. I am currently reading the manga, Nana and I am at chapter 72 already. 10 more to go. I am reading it while listening to Olivia (the one who sung as Reira in the anime). I like her unique voice and her weird songs. Imagine singles like Comatose Bunny, Celestial Delinquent, SpidERSpins, 026unconscious333 and Blind Unicorn. She's one interesting chick. The manga is pretty much depressing and since I relate myself to the characters whenever I read, I was super depressed and it is after the STFU incident. Which is fine now by the way because I talked to him even though I am a little bit angry. He should at least say sorry. Because of the manga, it made me reflect a little bit about my current situation. There's this statement there that I couldn't forget,

You wouldn't realize the importance of something once it's lost, but when you see it again..

Something like that. It's not the exact words but the idea is there. Yes, once something isn't there anymore it will make you realize that you shouldn't have let it go but when you see it again, it's just even more painful.

EMO STOP! Things like this should be reserved for my other blog.... Next topic!!

I sang something while I was taking a shower and I liked the sound of my voice! Yes I know bighead much, but it's my own preference so butt out! :P

The song was Candles by Hey Monday. Because Josh asked me the name of the lead singer, I listened to them once again and I really liked one acoustic live version that Cassadee did and the song kinda stuck with me. And because my parents weren't home (my mother is strict when it comes to singing and will always lecture me about it) I sang loudly! It's great. It's the first time in a long while that I didn't cry while taking a shower. By the way, that is awesome too. You feel very refreshed after.

I was thinking that I couldn't think of a good topic to write about and then I just realize, I have written some stuffs already! Phew! I bet this entry bores you already. But too bad, I am not sleepy so I can still write. But then I am too lazy to proofread it, so maybe I'll do it next time if I remember.

Now I'm intrigued on what the two is writing about right now, I hope I'll be the first to comment on their blogs again.

Hmm.. Why do I like to read blogs of other people?

Someone asked me that question already and the answer is... I don't know! So I will just make up answers.

Maybe it's because I am very nosy even when I was still a child. I like to know everything around me and that makes blogs fun to read! You somehow get into a person's mind because you get to know their perspective on a certain thing, or just simply knowing what they've been up to. It also adds that I love reading! Looking around now, I can see many books here and there and all of them I have already read. Almost all the books here in my house have been read by me even the XXX ones. Should I really say that? Too bad I already typed it... :P

Since I think that I am babbling too much, I shall end this post right here and now!

Valentine's Day

My first Vday in college and I am single.

Nevertheless, I had fun this day because of my blockmates. Early in the morning, we have to meet up at Harrison Plaza because of our CWTS. We have to go the East Triangle QC to tutor. Well The kids are especially hyper that day and I was tortured by their constant pleas of a piggyback ride and a "shoulder ride"(Idon'tknowthename). It was tiring but fun.

Next location! Trinoma! Most of the s19 Singles, me included, went to trinoma after the outreach and just spent their valentine's there. We were 17 in number! We ate at the food court where I ordered, not schockingly, a Chowking Congee. Then we headed towards Timezone, played some games and sang some karaoke. After singing we were interviewed by Julienne for her Englres paper. When it was time for some of us to go home, 7 of us stayed and wandered around searching for a good place to eat, meaning not crowded and not that expensive, which is a hard thing to do considering that it was Valentine's day and a Saturday. We ended up at Via Mare and then two people texted me, both Smart, thanks Bennett and Miggy, and I was forced to load and subscribe to UnliTxt. After eating we, Me, Chad, Alan and Clarice, headed home via MRT in which I have to wait for them to buy a ticket, waiting in line, a very long line. fast forward.. and I was home.

Speaking of the gifts I received, I received 2 bars of dark choco and a card from Peter, a pack of Kisses dark choco from Julienne and roses from Joshua best.

The days before Valentine's day was a total turmoil, well for me. 2 people suddenly confessed to me and I was so shocked that mere words from a blog entry can't describe properly how shocked I was. Then suddenly something from the not-so-far past appeared again and I can't get over that fact. I know I'm speaking vague here but the heck! But I still am problematic about one of those 2 guys. I don't want him to continue to pursue me because I know that in the end he will hurt himself more and on the other side, it will also hurt to tell him frankly to stop the heck that you are doing. I am feeling guilty because I am the first heartbreak or rejection of the other one and as for the other one, I feel guilty everytime he do a sweet thing because I know that in the end, no matter what, I can't reciprocate his feelings. Well then before I get emotional let me end this post already.

Thanks guyz for everything! I love you so much! S19 rocks!!

First Day Once Again

So today is the first day of the third trimester of our Freshmen Year. Because I need to sleep in a little while and my things are not yet ready to go with me tomorrow, this entry will be short.

Morning - I went to MG, our official tambayan aside from the Gox Lobby. I was walking when suddenly someone grabbed my arm. It was Emman. After that many showed their faces to me all of them tapping me first before showing up. It's a little shocking really.

First Subject (Calculus) - We were a little early for our next class so we decided to hang out outside the classroom waiting for the class before us to end. There I saw Cara, Miggy and Charie. Then others follow. When we were inside the classroom already, waiting for the teacher to come, only he didn't. Is it a he or she? Well I don't know. 30 minutes passed by, 1/3 of the the time of the class so it's a freecut! Then we went to the cafeteria because some of us *coughMiggycough* didn't eat.

Second Subject (Englcom) - When we were walking along the hallways to our room, we noticed the room is small. I opened the door, and was shocked. It is small with only 3 rows of chair. When we thought another free cut is on our way, the professor came. Introductions were made and she gave us a diagnostic test. We have to answer questions based from an article which discussed Congress stuff. I was on the verge of sleeping while reading.

Third Subject (Tredone) - 18 minutes till free cut, the teacher came. Good. And because I am now lazy I am going to say two words. Church Involvement. AGAIN?! We need the requirement of 10 hrs. I guess I'll just fill this part up later. I want to sleep already

It was fun seeing my friends again!

Last Vacation Post

It's the last day of Christmas break and tomorrow we will go back to "hell" as other might call it. For me, the good thing about tomorrow is that I will be able to go out of the house, not that I don't like it here, and I will see the faces of my friends once again. This will be short for I don't really know what to say so I just hope that tomorrow will actually be good.

Say goodbye to 8 and hello to 9.

2008 was an unbelievable year for me. Many things happened that I didn't even expect. At all.

Studying at DLSU was better than I expected. People there were not really high-class (well there are conios here and there), but you can see that people there have money. Well, first of all, the tuition fee is high. Personally my tuition fee ranges from 50,000-60,000 per semester and we have 3 semesters per year. That is high. Then, everywhere you look there will be students with their laptops. Especially at our building (or should I say planet? ) Gokongwei. You really can't blame us. We need it.

The best thing about college is the friendship you have established on many people. I have the best of friends I can have (apart of course from my best buddies in HS). We are different from each other, live far from each other, came from different schools and we just get along well. There are and will be conflicts between some of us but other than not talking to the person you're in conflict with, no harm done. Other thing that bond us all is the moments we spent at Mineski Grounds playing at first CounterStrike then COD4 with the occasional DOTA and now the latest, Left4Dead. With that we each have our own codenames (or is it game name? ). There is OXP, TaeKa, FILDLAR ( which was FILKOMU before) etc. I have the name sbycgirl. It came from the portmanteau of SB (Starbucks) and YC (Yellow Cab). I chose that name because the night before I played COD4 for the first time, I am chatting one of my friends in YM and somewhere in the conversation, he made up the name sbycgirl because of my love of Starbucks and Yellow Cab. And it just stuck in my head and since then, I was known to be sbycgirl. We also have this nightly conference in YM because we just have nothing to do and we are always online anyway. We sometimes turn the conference into a "radio station". We call it char 83.19 (Because our section is s19 and the S is 83 in ASCII). I am DJ MMC (mang mario chowqueen/chowgwen). As crazy as it sounds. Well the mario thing started because I am slightly a tomboy. I don't act oh so girly at all. My middle name is Marie, they made it more manly hence the name mario. And as for the chowqueen or chowgwen, I love chowking so much I once ate there everyday for two weeks. We have DJ tekklord or tlord, DJ Laguna, DJ chase etc.

Of course, no matter how much fun you want to have, you still have to study. I could say that my course, Computer Science, is one of the hardest course here in La Salle. Take my word, it is hard. Let's just say for example, during our 2nd term, the number of the regular students (meaning no failures) in our class was like half of the original number. And in one subject we just have to make a program and the source code when printed out was like 20+ pages. It was a good thing that even after our 2nd term, I am still a regular student. And one good thing is I am a Dean's Lister after the 2nd term. I was so happy. And another thing, as insignificant as it may be, I have a certificate from one of my class, FWDANCE. The words in there were a hundred percent hilarious.

In summary, 2008 was a blast! I really can't wait for 2009. I just heard that people born on the year of the monkey will be lucky this coming year. I am one! Hope that really is true!

Today my HS friends and I met up again after a long time. The longest for me for I really couldn't attend any outing they have planned because my schedule just doesn't fit with theirs.

We ate at pepper lunch

All I could say is I LOVE PEPPER LUNCH!!

Next stop.. Quantum Powerstation! Guitarfreak, Basketball and the Dance Revo with the hands thingy was fun!!!

Then we went to the foodcourt ordered some ice cream at McDonalds and then bought chips after and played I've Never.. Chips Style..

It was a fun day!! I love you guyz!!

What I'm feeling right now

Apparently, I don't know what I'm feeling right now. There's just so many things happening to me and some of these things didn't happened to me before. I don't know what to do, how to act, what to say etc. I don't know the proper way to approach these things and I certainly don't know what will happen from now on. I just pray that this will all be done with. I wish that the outcome will be the best. I guess time can only tell.
